Please bring photographic ID, a list of current medication, glasses or contact lenses (if worn) and your GP contact details.
Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes for the Chester Step Test.
If your medical includes an ECG, please ensure your chest is free from hair for the test to be carried out successfully.
Please note that Compass operate a “No Muddy Boots” policy
Parking is available at Compass House.

Please do not attend for your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of COVID-19. Please arrive at or remain in your vehicle until your appointment time.
Please wear a face mask during your appointment. Your temperature will be taken at reception and you will be asked to confirm if you have any symptoms of COVID.
