The\u00a0qualification is competency based and assessed through the collation of evidence and structured questioning\/professional discussion and reflection.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aim of the\u00a0training\u00a0is to prepare learners to research, plan and prepare to carry out a review, to then conduct a review to check if relevant mandatory health, safety and welfare requirements are being implemented, and reporting and recording the findings of such reviews to provide a robust internal and external audit trail in accordance with agreed procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONTENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 1-day learning programme sets out the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Main provisions of Health &amp;\u00a0Safety legislation<\/li>\n<li>Risk assessment principles<\/li>\n<li>Consider moral\/legal obligations and good health and safety practice in the workplace<\/li>\n<li>The importance of rapport and relationship building<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and records for work area\/practices being reviewed<\/li>\n<li>Preparation\/planning and\u00a0conducting the review<\/li>\n<li>Good practice in recording and\u00a0reporting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Underpinning\u00a0knowledge requirements relevant to L3 Award Review Health &amp; Safety Procedures in Workplace<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There are no entry requirements for this award.
