Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner

Compass Skills Training Limited provide apprenticeships using our bespoke online learning platform that includes a portfolio builder to capture the full learning journey.

This bespoke Learning & Development Practitioner apprenticeship is delivered by Compass to a minimum cohort size of 8.  Every apprentice is allocated their own ‘Personal Tutor’ to direct them to additional learning needed, liaise with line managers, tutors and assessors and help prepare them for the End Point Assessment. Our bespoke training solution motivates and engages individuals to achieve their full potential.

The delivery model is that of a blended learning approach to include online self study; classroom workshops; one to one tutorials and reviews over video conferencing.
