Level 3 Learning & Development Practitioner

This Learning & Development Practitioner apprenticeship is delivered by Compass to a minimum cohort size of 10 people.  Through virtual monthly workshops, one to one tutorials, regular online ‘Drop In’ sessions we have developed a flexible delivery model that suits most individuals and employers.  Every apprentice is allocated their own ‘Personal Tutor’ to individualise their learning experience and support them with additional learning that may be needed.

This programme will take 12 months (excluding End Point Assessment) and costs £6000 payable through the apprenticeship levy.  It includes the L3 Award in Education and Training qualification as added value.
