COURSE AWARD(S) Level 5 Learning & Development Consultant / Business Partner; 

DURATION  Typically 18 months, excluding End Point Assessment

SUMMARY This occupation is accountable for ensuring learning and development contributes to ad influences, improved performance in the workplace at an individual, team and organisational level.  They are also likely to lead on any Learning and Development related elements of business projects.

INTAKE DATES We are now accepting expressions of interest for our 2026 intake.  Please complete this Expression of Interest and a member of the team will be in touch.

Individual employers may set any entry requirements which may include:

• A strong aspiration to support learners.
• Candidates may have achieved maths, English and ICT skills at Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE Grade C or above) prior to commencing their training. Those that have not must achieve this prior to taking the end-point assessment.

End Point Assessment will consist of 2 elements:

• Work based project with professional discussion
• Presentation based on learning journal

Full support will be provided to candidates during the Gateway period at the end of their Apprenticeship to prepare them for this End Point Assessment.

£7000 paid via the apprenticeship service account.

Employer contribution is 5% or £350 (only payable by employers who do not pay the apprenticeship levy)
