Who are we?
Compass are a health and safety consultancy, training provider and occupational health practice based in Lancashire.
Our aim is to help businesses manage their legal duties with regards to compliance with health and safety and other legal requirements.
Compass was founded in 2007 and has since then grown to include members of staff from Occupational Health Nurses, consultants, trainers to the customer services and finance team. Compass are proud to have achieved certification to ISO 9001: 2015 for our quality management system.
All of our consultants and advisors are members of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH). Our Principal H&S Consultant Deborah Williams is a Chartered member of IOSH and a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultant Register (OSHCR) a HSE recognised scheme.
