It is particularly relevant to HR specialists, Health and Safety professionals and those with people management responsibilities.
Based on research and best practice, NEBOSH Working with Wellbeing provides a holistic approach that is relevant for any sector, anywhere in the world. It covers:
- What āwellbeingā is and why it matters
- The different factors that can positively and negatively impact wellbeing
- The benefits of achieving good worker wellbeing
- Practical initiatives that can improve wellbeing
- How to measure the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.
- The qualification introduces the concept of the NEBOSH āwellbeing treeā, which considers six key areas of wellbeing ā Interaction, Exercise, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Kindness and Learning.

Through participation learners will gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to positively influence employee wellbeing in their workplace.
There are no specific entry requirements, but it is important that learners have a suitable standard of English language in order to understand and articulate the concepts contained in the syllabus. NEBOSH recommends that learners undertaking this qualification should reach a minimum standard of English equivalent to an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 6.0 or higher in IELTS tests.

Our training centre in Chorley is fully accessible with the main training room located on the ground floor. There is a wheelchair accessible toilet on the ground floor and a wheelchair accessible lift to the first floor.
Yes, within the cost of the course there is a buffet lunch, hot and cold drinks and biscuits for those attending in person.
If you are attending our Hybrid course and would prefer to split the payment for this course you can pay in 2 or 3 instalments, as long as the final payment is made before you take the exam.Ā Please call our admin team who can set this up for you.Ā Please note there is an additional admin fee of Ā£50 added to the first instalment for this option.
